Configurable data collection is currently development preview. We need to move it to GA quality to be a valid option for all users.

Acceptance Criteria

• Final review of configuration.
• Documentation is included in ACM product documentation. - doc issue here
• Collector must correctly react to changes in the configuration configmap without requiring a pod restart.
• Remove "Development Preview" from README.m

• Make a decision if we need a default configuration "out-of-the-box" to avoid collecting too much data.
