Description of problem:

The first problem is that the hypershift CLI binary extraction script has a bug where the namespace of the hypershift operator pod is not specified. This causes the CLI extraction to fail.

The second problem is that the must gather script runs the MCE gather as well as spoke gather because the hub is self-managed as well. This cause the hypershift dump to run twice.
