Description of problem:

If no namespace is specified in the kubevirt UI wizard, a generic error is thrown at the end of the wizard.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open the create cluster wizard for openshift virtualization
2. remove the value in the namespace field and click next
3. observe there is no validation for the namespace field

Actual results:

no validation done for namespace field

Expected results:

validation should be done for namespace field as its required
