It is a customer scenario that users can uninstall and reinstall acm

We do have existing automation that can perform an uninstall and install in the same job for both acm and mce, one approach is to add this in our e2e regression runs we can create coordinate with pics team to create a jenkins stage that does a reinstall during our regression runs
