We have the Customer Requests:

I want to crate a VM in RHACM

Problem is that every cluster has lots of specfic info.. templates...

CNV team recommends not to try to maintain this in a central place on the Hub

So we should find a way to quickly go to cluster first and just reuse the existing create functionality.

Goal is that ACM UI should really stay the entry point

NOTE: Creating a VM from UI is really not for many VM's, it is for getting a RHACM user a nice startup initiative
