I ran the pre and post upgrade of MCE y-upgrade by the e2e_upgrade_pipeline, but it doesn't have the parameter regarding MCE_ONLY, so the pipeline can't pass the expected value to install_upgrade_tests.

 MCE_STANDALONE  parameters is not visible in the e2e_upgrade_pipeline however it is available in the pre_post_upgrade_pipeline.
