      Description of problem:

When adding a new host to the infraenv using the BMC form, there is no validation for the BMC address. Many customers are unaware of the correct address format to use for BMC, leading to confusion and errors. A validation mechanism should be implemented, accompanied by examples illustrating the proper BMC address format for various bare-metal hardware, such as Dell and HP.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM 2.12

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.  Create a host inventory from ACM UI.
      2.  Click on Add Host and select using BMC form.
      3.  Specify any random value in the filed `Baseboard Management Controller Address *` and the form accepts that value. Check the attached screenshot.

      Actual results:

It does not throw any error.

      Expected results:

It should throw a validation error and should show an example BMC format.
