      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy the latest ACM 2.13.0-SNAPSHOT-2025-01-14-07-54-38
      2. Enable clusterlifecycle state metrics timestamp metrics feature
      3. Create a hosted cluster and import to ACM
      4. Check if there are acm_managed_cluster_import_timestamp, the status ManagedClusterKubeconfigProvided of this metric should exist
      5. restart the clusterlifecycle-state-metrics pod
      6. ManagedClusterKubeconfigProvided status of metric acm_managed_cluster_import_timestamp disappeared, but it should not.
