TAM customer is wanting to deploy a new cluster via ACM and then configure that new cluster via a post-hook Ansible playbook.  The playbook should be able to dynamically reference cluster info parameters passed from ACM such as cluster name, cluster URL, cluster admin user, cluster admin password, etc.
