Value Statement

This enables a cluster admin to check the status of hypershift external DNS operator and hypershift operator pods through the hypershift ManagedClusterAddon.

Expand the hypershift-addon status to include the external DNS pod if present. Also to periodically check on the hypershift-operator pod status (deployments).  We could also use this as a way to trigger an image and secret check periodically.

Acceptance Criteria

• Hypershift ManagedClusterAddon shows external DNS pod status if external DNS is enabled for the hypershift operator.
• Hypershift ManagedClusterAddon shows hypershift operator pod status.
