Description of problem:

Custom Resources deployed using gitops, but are showing warning on the application topology with no message.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ACM 2.11

How reproducible: Always in the customer environment. (We were not able to reproduce this issue locally)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an applicationset on ACM with a source that deploys a CR
2. Check the topology page after the deployment is complete

Actual results:

The topology page shows warning even though the resources are deployed on the target cluster.

Expected results:

The topology page should not show any warning because the resources has been successfully deployed.

Additional info:

1. This issue is not faced if the resources that are deployed using applicationset are kubernetes resources. Only issue is being faced when deploying custom resources.
2. If the same CRs are deployed using appsub then the topology does not throw any warnings.
3. Even argocd UI does not show any errors or warnings when CRs are deployed using appset.
