Upon further investigation I found out, the disk space issue arises because large libvirt virtual machine images, created while setting up RHOV (KubeVirt) on a Bare Metal Hub with ODF storage (Doc), are consuming nearly all the available space in /var. Jenkins, which resides on the same filesystem, reports low disk space even though it’s not directly responsible for the usage.A potential solution involves removing or relocating these unused VM image files under /var/lib/libvirt/images. Automating the cleanup (e.g., via a cron job as @pruan suggedsted) ensures that old or unnecessary images are periodically removed, preventing the disk from filling up again. Looking into that.
