In ACM 2.6 we introduced a new catalog design for 'Create clusters'. The catalog design for 'Add credentials' is now inconsistent so we need to change it to the same design as the 'Create clusters' catalog.

This wasn't part of the ACM 2.7 official plan so this will be a stretch-goal. Only pick up when you run out of other work to do.
