      On MCE/ACM UI, a cluster admin/deployer user chooses/creates an AWS credential secret and chooses to provision a hosted cluster on AWS platform. This flow involves creating an HCI resource using the AWS credential secret, and then use that to create a hosted cluster. This user story is mainly a UI implementation.
