There are 2 fixes:

1. In the Cluster Lifecycle features section, we now support ARO upgrade. so it needs to flip from No to Yes. This is a chance that needs to go into ACM 2.12 and MCE 2.7 matrices. BTW I did try to edit the ACM 2.12 matrix document and made a draft change of this but I'm not sure that it did get published.

2. In the MCE 2.7 support matrix, we incorrectly list EKS and GKE as YES within the Discover unmanaged RHOCP column. Both of them should be NO. I only noticed this in the MCE 2.7 support matrix.
