Description of problem:

Our partner have updated their hub cluster from 4.14 to 4.16 version (ACM and MCE versions as well). ACM 2.11 and MCE 2.6 is used currently. After this upgrade, they had started to see the errors in the screenshots in their ACM GUI overview tab for spoke clusters and home overview pages.

Error summary message from two pages are like that:

"Minified React error #185; visit https://reactjs.org/docs/error-decoder.html?invariant=185 for the full message or use the non-minified dev environment for full errors and additional helpful warnings."

"can't convert undefined to object"
