As the new generation of multi cluster transporter layer,  maestro component provides much better scalability and performance. 

The task is for demonstrating how maestro can be integrated with ACM ArgoCD pull model.

Demo scope

1. install maestro components on the ACM hub cluster two managed clusters
2. we will use a maestro client to deploy an ArgoCD application to the two managed clusters 
3. On each managed cluster, we will check the ArgoCD application deployment and status
4. On the hub cluster, we will go to postgres db to check the ArgoCD application status reported from each managed cluster by maestro
