Value Statement

As an ACM user, I want to see what operators I'm managing across my fleet with OperatorPolicies which might be using deprecated versions, so that I can remediate them.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• When an OperatorPolicy is defined for an operator which is either running a deprecated version, or a channel for updates which is deprecated, the policy should report this in its status.
• There should be a way to configure the OperatorPolicy to report NonCompliant in this situation, but it will not do so by default.

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated
