The initial permissions for the standalone addon are very limiting, by design. But users will likely want to provide access to additional resources like secrets or configmaps on the hub for their templates.

A sample ConfigurationPolicy, possibly in the policy-collection or published somewhere else, would help users get up to speed with the new feature.
