      There is finally a Konflux pipeline available for ACM 2.13. A bunch of PRs has been automatically created. We need to review these (compare with the 2.12 konflux files) and make sure 2.13 Konflux builds work correctly.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Konflux 2.13 builds for all relevant observability images
