Now that we have per-object-template processing with the objectSelector, having the ability to conditionally skip object-templates with a template function will give users greater ability to filter objects controlled by a ConfigurationPolicy.

This will likely require adding an ability for a consumer of the go-template-utils library to pass a custom function to the template resolver, allowing the config-policy-controller to pass in a function to skip a particular object-template.
