Description of problem:

Stale Kyverno artifacts that are sitting the policy-collection repo.  Kyverno maintains its own policy collection here:  https://kyverno.io/policies/?policytypes=verifyImages. We don't need to reduplicate effort to house and maintain Kyverno policies.  These Kyverno policies can be easily integrated with our Policy Generator.

The community Kyverno install policy is also broken and integrates a pattern that we should not be advocating to any users with using Policy to deploy the AppSub.
