Integrate RHACM into Service Delivery
Problem statement:
As Red Hat expands its mission into the cloud, the Service Delivery organization needs to scale up to support and maintain the expansion of additional cloud services. The SRE teams need to be empowered with an architecture, technology set, and tools that will enable them to quickly deploy, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the different services. We can "eat our own cooking" by integrating Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management functionality into the Service Delivery architecture to take advantage of RHACM's feature set around managing fleets of Kubernetes cluster infrastructure at scale.

Summary Requirements:
At a high level, the Service Delivery team will need to consume RHACM function for the following areas:
- Managing the lifecycle of HyperShift Hosting Service clusters
- Managing the lifecycle of HyperShift Hosted clusters
- Deploying and enforcing configuration for OpenShift cloud services offerings (OSD, ROSA, ARO, ROKS) using Policy-based governance
- Centralized control plane, and scheduling and orchestration via Open Cluster Management components
