We have e2e tests defined in two different places, one of which is not maintained and out of date (regression suite found here). We need to merged both test suites together and run them off of the MCO repo.

Acceptance Criteria

• All e2e tests are in one place for both pre-merge e2e, snapshot nightly and RC/train regression suites
• Merge tests where they are declared in both with the most recent version of the regression test
• Remove any commented out or not required e2e/regression tests
