From retro - Build issues throughout the trains (CPaaS outages, CVP outages, BVT instability etc..) Made it difficult for QE to keep up with the z-stream/2.11 pace.

Action needed. Hope we can communicate the planned outage early and work out mitigation plan. About any infrastructure outage, any prevention steps can be taken? Is migrating to Konflux the solution to all of these?
