      Description of problem:

Trying to add a host to ACM using YAML/CLI is not working. It looks like it gets past registration but it never powers the server on.  Through testing, it looks like as soon as I remove 'preprovisioningNetworkDataName' from the YAML, it seems to progress and actually power on the node but it fails because the NICs are configured for LACP and not being configured.

I don't really see any errors in the logs either so I am unsure what is happening or how to further investigate this.

I can manually add the node via the GUI using the BMC form fine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM 2.11.3

      OCP 4.16.16

      How reproducible:

100% - Providing YAML - Excluding creds YAML

      dell-r660-leaf3-1-network.yaml

      dell-r660-leaf3-1-host.yaml
