CAPI has a dependency for cert-manager . CAPI uses the cert-manager to generate a self-sign certificate in order to use the webhook validation.

Openshift already provides a certificate service that can be used instead of the cert-manager. We investigate how CAPI can consume the OCP certificate  service.
