From qe prospective, we have test cases that test preupgrade and then test postupgrade when we do upgrade testing

we need to make sure our testing automation can handle testing EUS 2.11 preupgrade and then EUS 2.13 postupgrade rather than just 2.11 to 2.12 for example. We will need to investigate if there is logic we need to upgrade or hard coded values to address.
