Hypershift version not logged properly

      The hypershift operator logs its version on startup. This was added in https://github.com/openshift/hypershift/commit/771757872b80e01c70b285040a08371cdcd1266f#diff-9132b8504bc00c929d8a04a3f9235d08a8489ce1effe9fa78eafcc1d7acc7c8fR139

      However, with an ACM image this is not logged properly:
