As a ValidatingAdmissionPolicy user, I'd like to see the parameter references associated with the ValidatingAdmissionPolicyBinding.

This depends on ACM-15249.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• All the parameter references are shown in the template details page. If the VAPB doesn't have any parameter references, it should just show a "-".
