Description of problem:

Log in to OpenShift Container Platform Link when provisioning an AWS Hosted Cluster directs to a blank page. Should be directed to https://oauth-openshift.apps.<hub cluster name>/oauth/token/display.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Infrastructure > Clusters
2. Click on AWS > Hosted
3. Scroll down to "Create the Hosted Control Plane" and click on "Run the following `oc login` command".

Actual results:

Redirected to blank page

Expected results:

Should be directed to https://oauth-openshift.apps.<hub cluster name>/oauth/token/display.
