Epic Goal
To integrate InternalEngineComponent CRDs into the deployments of MCE operands, allowing them to manage cleanup more effectively and only when necessary.
Why is this important?
This epic is important because it will help eliminate uninstallation problems and prevent orphaned resources in our MCE environment. By implementing this synchronization, each operator will be able to handle cleanup tasks more efficiently, ensuring a smoother uninstallation process and a cleaner system overall. This will reduce the need for manual intervention and improve the overall reliability of our deployments.
