VolSync currently allows deploying via creating a ManagedClusterAddOn resource as well as by a special label on the managed cluster.

Need to investigate whether we need to support some of the new addon deployment options (via policy etc) available, and whether this can work while supporting the existing deployment methodologies.

If we support these new options it would mean:

• new test cases
• documentation on how to install volsync with the new options
