Description of problem:

Virtual Machines has a column named "Console URL", I immediatly think this is going to take me to the VM Console.  It in-fact takes me to VirtualMachine details page.

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a VM
2. In the Infrastructure > Virtual Machine list
3. Click the Console URL link "Launch"

Actual results:

I end up on the VirtualMachine details.  Maybe instead of "Launch" we should use "Details"

Expected results:

Not sure, but it wasn't clear as Console for VM means something different than the OCP/ACM console.
