Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• Search-operator accepts the annotation virtual-machine-preview=true
• Search-operator status conditions updated with new condition.
• ManagedServiceAccount and ClusterPermission resources created for managed clusters with virtual machines.
• Configuration is updated when a new managed cluster is added to ACM.
• TBD: Should we only do managed clusters with virtualization operator?
