Migrating Discovery operator unit tests from Prow to Konflux allows us to utilize the current pipeline infrastructure for RH.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [ ] All existing Discovery operator unit tests are migrated from Prow to Konflux.
• [ ] Tests are successfully executed in Konflux without failures or regressions.
• [ ] Any necessary configuration changes for running tests in Konflux are documented.

• The code is complete.

• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated

• [ ] Unit/function tests have been automated and incorporated into the
  build.
• [ ] 100% automated unit/function test coverage for new or changed APIs.
