Currently, our bundle automation is generating the manifest files for multiple components from the release-2.12 branch. We need to ensure that this is updated to point to the next release ACM 2.13 (release-2.13).

Similarly, for the pipeline repo, we are fetching the branches related to 2.12, we need to update this to pull the manifest.json from 2.13.
