Description of problem:

clusterlifecycle-state-metrics-v2 fails to run in the upstream builds:

/usr/local/bin/clusterlifecycle-state-metrics: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /usr/local/bin/clusterlifecycle-state-metrics)
/usr/local/bin/clusterlifecycle-state-metrics: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by /usr/local/bin/clusterlifecycle-state-metrics)

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Deploy MCH using the deploy script.
2.  Use an upstream snapshot tag such as the one above

Actual results:

The pod fails to start, which in turn causes MCH to be stuck in "installing"

Expected results:

The pod runs, and MCH finish installing
