Cluster Creation > clicking on the breadcrumbs of Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization throws an error

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Clusters page
2. Click on the Create Clusters button
3. Click on the Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization cluster card
4. Click on the Hosted card
5. Click on the breadcrumb Control plane type - OpenShift Virtualization
6. then, click on the breadcrumb Infrastructure
