ACM should update credentials on managed clusters when the credentials are modified in ACM.
Goals
When the credentials are updated in ACM, the same credentials should be updated in managed clusters too. ACM should update the credentials on managed clusters when the credentials are modified in ACM.
Requirements
If the credentials are modified in ACM, the new credentials should be populated into the managed clusters
Use Cases
- vSphere password rotation: When the vSphere password is modified, the new password should be populated to the managed clusters after modifying it in ACM.
- vSphere username and password modification: If the username and password are modified, ACM should update the username and password in the managed cluster.

Background, and strategic fit
Currently, to update the credentials it is needed to update them in ACM, and then into each managed cluster manually. ACM should handle this credential rotation, to avoid manual tasks and reduce the need to rotate the credentials manually in each managed cluster.
