We need to add information about downloading and extracting information from Catalog as captured in 2.9 and older docs as a Note or Subsection to 2.10 and newer docs in section 1.4.3. Note that link to catalog for 2.10+ is different from 2.9 and older.

Note/Subsection should mention:

"For arch and OS not available on Developer page subctl can be extracted from relevant image on Catalog page. e.g. for macos-arm64 can extract binary from Arm64 subctl image in catalog"
