In Section 14.1.1.1 "Mirroring images in local Registry" it currently says:

"Make sure to mirror the `Submariner Operator bundle` image in the local registry before deploying Submariner on disconnected clusters."

This doesn't include version information and should be updated to include submariner version information

"Make sure to mirror the `Submariner Operator bundle` image version `<version>` in the local registry before deploying Submariner on disconnected clusters."

The version depends on the ACM version as follows:

ACM 2.9 - Submariner 0.16
ACM 2.10 - Submariner 0.17
ACM 2.11 - Submariner 0.18
ACM 2.12 - Submariner 0.19
