      Value Statement

Ensure the issue title clearly reflects the value of this user story to the
      intended persona. (Explain the "WHY")
As a (user persona), I want to be able to pass custom node pool disk size to ROSA CAPA so that I can achieve configuring custom disk size node pools with CAPA.

We have added support for configuring worker disk size on node pools with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/XCMSTRAT-285 . We would like this field to be configurable through CAPA as well.

This field can be set when creating a cluster by setting the Nodes.ComputeRootVolume.AWS.Size attribute on a create cluster payload, or when creating a node pool by setting the AWSNodePool.RootVolume.Size attribute
