There does not seem to be a customer-facing matrix that shows all the releases of ACM and MCE and which ones are tied together.  

This is a major issue for customers who are in disconnected environments as they do not know exactly which ACM/MCE versions they should be mirroring with oc-mirror.

The ask here is to build a matrix showing all of the ACM/MCE operator releases and include any subcomponents (ie. submariner) along with their versions that are supported under these ACM/MCE releases.

Customers can not download an entire channel of ACM/MCE versions and would prefer to limit this to what they want to run and/or update to, as they are limited on space on their local image repositories.
