After updating to Grafana 11, some new features are visible in Grafana, such as Alerting. However, given these feature are not working well with ACM (for various good reasons), we should disable as much functionality as possible.

Acceptance criteria:

• Make an assement of what features we should try to remove
• Remove unwanted features (if possible) including:
  • Disable the Alerting functionality (https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/setup-grafana/configure-grafana/#unified_alerting) (see comments)
  • connections -> Add new connections
