Description of problem:

Grafana is not getting data from the stores after ODF storage issue that has since been resolved.
Everything looks ok in the must-gather. Data is ingested correctly and you can query the data from the querier. Observatorium-api, the rbac-query-proxy and grafana do not log errors related to the issue.
We suspect an authentication issue with grafana.
