Value Statement

We need to be able to use acm-inspector to get status of GH. We are working in acm-inspector to answer questions like - is my acm hub saturated. Adding the GH will help us to the same thing for ACM GH. Customers are being asked to use this tool.

rh-ee-myan has already created this - https://github.com/stolostron/multicluster-global-hub/tree/main/doc/simulation/inspector . So it should be a easy move.
