          s390x architecture option in CPU architecture while creating InfraEnv in UI

      How reproducible:

          Install a standalone OCP cluster ( Management cluster ) 
    Install multicluster-engine operator ( MCE ) 
    try creating infrastructure environment InfraEnv from UI

       

       

       

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Install a standalone OCP cluster ( Management cluster ) 
2.Install multicluster-engine operator ( MCE ) 
3. try creating infrastructure environment InfraEnv from UI

      Actual results:

          s390x arch option not there in CPU arch to create s390x InfraEnv

      Expected results:

          s390x arch option should be there in CPU arch to create s390x InfraEnv
