1. We want to be able to use the HostedCluster CRD and the NodePool CRD with HypershiftDeployment on the hub, without installing the addon.
2. We want the addon to work if it is enable
3. If we remove the addon, will the CRD's still be available?

I think the easiest option may be just to add the two CRD's to the MCE install.

The only question is when we remove the Hypershift-operator, does it delete the CRD's?
