Epic Goal

• Do we deploy ACM hosted control plane mode from Hub of Hubs

Why is this important?

• So we don't have to use scripts of MCH

Scenarios

1. I deploy hub of hubs. Then I deploy leaf hubs on the same cluster

Acceptance Criteria

• ACM Hub in Hosted Control Plane mode
